The following information needs completed and submitted to the USGAA Registrar ASAP so that you can be entered into the registration system and be able to add your players for your teams. Again, please complete this information and email it to the USGAA Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so you are successfully entered in the system in time to register.

The USGAA has created a Release and Liability form which must be signed by every club member. Clubs are responsible for collecting the physical signed forms and sending them to the USGAA registrar (scan and email is accepted), they will then be placed with your club's registration binders.
Here is a link to the Club Member Registration Information form which you should have all of your players fill out this will be used in registering the players in the new system.
***If your club cannot access its GAA e-mail acount, please contact the USGAA Registrar at email@example.com to have your club GAA e-mail reset. Please give all requests 48-72 hours for a response.
